Roles & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be expected to manage a growing team of offshore developers and will have responsibility for the delivery and support of multiple SAP projects.
Ensuring teams work collectively and adhere to all relevant SLAs and problem management processes and procedures.
Using a strong SAP technical awareness to manage and oversee problem resolution and challenge technical teams.
An ability to manage resources effectively through maximizing utilization, whilst ensuring that resource is not over committed and expectations of customers are met.
Managing and developing all processes and procedures to ensure that the operation is being delivered using industry best practice.
Driving innovation in across the service operations to improve quality of service and cost efficiency.
Managing multiple conflicting priorities.
Identifying skills gaps and planning training for all team members to ensure that the levels of competence are maintained.
Proactively managing of Service Levels and KPI's.
Key Skills

Worked in both support and project environments
-
7 years+ SAP Technical experience and at least experience in three modules out of HR, CRM, SRM, FICO and MDM

Excellent ABAP and BSP development skills

Exposure / experience of idocs, interfacing with external systems, performance optimisation
