SAP CRM Technical 

Worked in both support and project environments

3 years+ SAP CRM experience – at least one year on SAP CRM 2007 or above

Knowledge of CRM Service order processing, Business partners & Ibase functionality

Excellent ABAP and BSP development skills

Exposure / experience of idocs, interfacing with external systems, performance optimisation

Knowledge of ERMS, Rule Policies & Alerts

Knowledge of CRM middleware configuration

Experience in SAP CRM WebClient, preferably CRM 2007

Should have Domain experience

Over all experience 5+ years

Worked in both support and Implementation environments

3 years+ SAP CRM experience – at least one year on SAP CRM 2007 or above

Strong knowledge on business

Should have worked on CRM Service order processing, WEB UI, Master Data (Business partners & Ibase functionality)

Should have worked on integration scenarios (With SAP modules and non SAP Modules)

Should have worked on ERMS

Should have knowledge on CTI

Should have knowledge on middleware
